Each dish is created using old traditions and authentic spices and cooking processes: some of the dishes are baked in a Tandir oven that preserves the softness of the cooked meat, seafood or Indian cheeses, while the exterior remains a slightly toasty, pleasant smoky smell! Yes yes, the legendary cakes Nanai are born in it too! Tandy virtuoso Anoop prays before building the furnace. And it’s apparently the secret ingredient that makes food exceptional and touches the heart. We also have strong wishes for vegans – from tofu, vegetables to Dal stews, surrounded by the embrace of Indian or Thai spices!
